How long will my phone take to repair?
We understand that your phone is important to you. So we aim to get walk-in repairs done in under 1-2 hours. Postal repairs are slightly different.If we receive your device before 1pm then you will receive it back within 48 hours. Devices that are received after 1pm can take up to 72 hours subject to parts availability.
What kind of parts do you use for repairs?
We only use 100% genuine parts where possible. If original parts are not available we will source the next best thing OEM parts from the same factories that produce the parts.
If I use Digital Zone will this void my Manufacturer’s warranty?
Like most third-party repair services, use of our service can void your manufacturer’s warranty. The good news is we provide our own warranty for all our repairs!
Will I lose any data from my Mobile Phone?
We endeavour to keep all information intact, unless it is necessary to remove as a part of the repair. These repairs usually include software problems or liquid damage. If your data is particularly important please where to buy steroids do let us know when you send in your mobile phone.
